Our Services
$150 Drop off/Pickup
This is the annual service for your home sewing machine, longarm machine or multi-needle embroidery machine. This includes taking the machine apart, cleaning the machine and applying lube and oil. We do not pick up or drop off large machines they must be dropped off or have on-site maintenance.
$200 On-site
On-Site Maintenance of large personal embroidery machines or longarm machines.
$75 Diagnostic fee
$75 per hour repair fee
Once the diagnosis of the problem is completed, you are provided with an estimate of what the repair will cost. If you decide to move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
$200 SIte Charge + hourly labor charge
On-site repair of personal large embroidery machines or longarm machines.
$400 call out fee
$75 per hour repair fee (normal working hours)
$150 per hour repair fee (Outside normal working hours)
For larger or commercial machines that must be repaired on-site.

Pick-up/drop-off within 30 miles of Spring - No Charge
Over 30 miles $1 per mile each way.
